Training to give you the right start
Every new franchisee goes through a comprehensive induction program. The key to this program is a tiered approach where each franchisee is provided tailored training and support matched to their individual capabilities and knowledge base in order to achieve franchise success.
The 5 week induction program includes:
- Initial week training with other new franchise owners in an active class setting.
- Then a two week hands-on training session at our most successful, best-practice stores.
- Further in store support with our training team and our business managers.
Our training doesn’t stop when we hand you the keys. Every quarter will be ongoing sessions to ensure the new Franchisee working towards achieving our 7 Pillars of Success. This training is across all the areas of the business; salon services, retail and business development.
The training program has been proved to be very successful in the development and building of relationships with other Franchisee owners. This ensures that the new Franchisee owner has a network on which to call upon when required from day one.
Additionally, Hairhouse Warehouse offers franchisees several ongoing learning opportunities through the year. This includes, leadership training program, boot camp workshops, and an annual franchising conference where the network comes together to inspire and challenge.
As well as this we hold an annual franchise Conference, where franchisees are able to network and learn from each other as well as go to several workshop and activity based sessions designed for franchisees to have real take home ideas that they can implement in their stores. The conference is also strategically held to maximize preparation for the highest period of trading, being Christmas.
“We are new to this sort of business, but we are not new to business principles, learning and development. To say Training was first-class is an understatement. We were all very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Hairhouse Warehouse team.”
